GENERAL INFO:

Overall season standings (current table) will show all points acquired to date in Waterloo KO's (up to the result of the last event played). These will be found on the Combined Statistics page.

There will be 7 KO events Jan 31st to Oct 31st:

Jan, Feb, March, May & July - points from these events will decide the Interleague team(s) for the KO Cup event in Great Yarmouth in October.

The remaining events, Sept & Oct will decide the team(s) for the National Interleague event in Great Yarmouth in April 2011

All players will need to play in 4 of the 7 Knockouts, in addition to 50% of Waterloo League fixtures, to be eligible to represent Waterloo in any Interleague Finals at Gt. Yarmouth. Category 1 players (see below) are not required to play in Waterloo KO's.

KO Events Info:

Main KO event matches will be best of 9 frames

All entrants knocked out prior to the Quarter Finals will be eligible to enter Plate event KO.

Plate KO event matches will be best of 7 frames

£20 entrance fee (includes entrance into Plate)

Draw 12:30 for a 1pm start - (Any player who has stated their intention to play who is not at JFK's by 1pm will be deducted 1 frame every 10 minutes)

POINTS SYSTEM:

3 Points will be awarded for every match won on Main KO

2 Points will be awarded for every match won in Plate KO

MERIT POINTS (New Entrants ONLY):

Merit Points will be awarded per KO Event based on the players status at the start of the current season. They are designed to bring people into the overall rankings table at a reasonable level that reflects their pool playing ability.

Merit points will be awarded in full at the start of the current season. 

Obviously Merit Points will not count towards the Waterloo KO's annual league table.
