Entry fee is £20 per team. The organiser will contact captains to arrange collection of this.
The captains must provide the organiser with a list of squad players prior to the start of the tournament. No player not on this list may play without the express permission of the organiser. No player may compete for more than one team during the course of the season. There is no limit to the number of players a captain can name in a squad.
Due to time constraints, there will be NO opportunity to postpone matches. Any team unable to field a team will lose the match 9-0 by default. If this happens twice, the team in question will be expelled from the league and all their results will be deleted. Their entry fee will not be refunded.
The league format will be a straightforward win-loss format. One point will be awarded for a win, no points for a loss. The team with most points at the end of the season will be deemed the winner. In the event of a tie, frames difference will be taken into consideration. If scores are still tied, the result of the match between these teams will be used to decide. If there are more than two teams tied, on the same frames difference, whose results against each other were evenly matched in terms of win-loss and frames difference, then a play-off series between these teams will be arranged to decide the winner.
The winning team will receive £80 and the trophy. The runner-up will receive £40.
